The company has lots of different agencies each holding its own unique leadership style. The company offers the most stable form of income which is residual income.
All the people are super friendly and working to become the best versions of themselves. Pure profit, work from anywhere, residual. More work than compensation. Beware, there is a high start up cost for licensing as well as equipment. The pay scale is very generous, although it will only reward you if you produce at a high level. Leads are recycled often, and first lead packages are generally very very poor.
Mostly cold calling, bait and switch presentations, manipulation of clients companny enrolment. Earning enough to live on is extremely difficult and in order to be a high earner, you must put in insane hours.

That is true! These people hate hearing from this company! Also the main goal is to get referrals of friends and family from these union members. So we can iincome them and harass them repeatedly too! Imagine a parent requesting a child safe kit and you have someone show up who then starts trying to sell you life insurance!
These poor parents are so confused and usually always end up very annoyed. At the end of each day you end up feeling like how to make steel in tinkers construct bottom of the barrel sleazy salesman!
